At FunkySouq (AFM E-Shop FZ LLC), we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and efficiently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we handle deliveries within the UAE and internationally. By placing an order on FunkySouq, you agree to the terms below.

Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver across all Emirates in the UAE.
  • Select products may also be available for international shipping; applicable charges and timelines will be displayed at checkout.
  • Deliveries are handled by our trusted logistics partners, including Aramex and other registered service providers.

Delivery Timelines

  • UAE Deliveries: 1 – 5 working days (depending on location and product availability).
  • International Deliveries: 7 – 14 working days (subject to customs clearance in the destination country).
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to stock availability, payment confirmation, customs delays, or unforeseen events.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once the shipment is dispatched.
  • Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping within UAE: AED 16.50 per shipment.
  • International shipping charges vary by country, product type, weight, and courier partner. The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
  • Any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes for international deliveries are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our logistics partner will make up to 2 delivery attempts.
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or customer refusal, the package may be returned to FunkySouq, and additional re-delivery fees may apply.

Tracking Orders

  • Customers can track their orders via the tracking link provided in the confirmation email/SMS.
  • FunkySouq customer support is available for assistance in case of tracking issues.

Delivery Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes or restricted areas (military zones, customs-controlled zones, etc.).
  • Overweight/heavy items may have special handling charges or extended delivery times.

Inspection at Delivery

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect the package at delivery before signing.
  • If the package is visibly damaged, customers should refuse delivery and immediately inform FunkySouq support.

Delays & Force Majeure

FunkySouq is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Strikes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events

In such cases, FunkySouq will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee specific delivery timelines.

Ownership & Risk

  • Ownership of the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery at the address provided.
  • Risk of loss/damage transfers to the customer once the delivery is completed.

Undelivered Orders

If an order is undelivered due to customer fault (wrong address, refusal, unavailability), FunkySouq reserves the right to:

  • Deduct shipping and handling costs before refund (if applicable), or
  • Reschedule delivery subject to additional charges.
