Cancellation Policy

At FunkySouq (AFM E-Shop FZ LLC), we value our customers and strive to offer flexibility in shopping. This Cancellation Policy explains how customers may cancel their orders and the conditions that apply.

Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers may request order cancellation before the order is processed or shipped.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via:

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible, and the customer must instead follow the Return Policy after receiving the product.

Timeframe for Cancellation

  • Same-day cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement without any charge.
  • After 6 hours but before shipment, cancellations may still be considered but are subject to review and approval by FunkySouq.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If payment was made online, refunds for cancelled orders will be:
    • Processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
    • Refunded amount will exclude any transaction/processing fees charged by payment gateways or banks.
  • If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), and the order is cancelled after dispatch, FunkySouq reserves the right to charge delivery costs incurred.

Automatic Cancellations

Orders may be automatically cancelled by FunkySouq in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock or discontinued.
  • Payment is not successfully received/verified.
  • Customer provides an incomplete or invalid address.
  • Suspected fraudulent or high-risk transactions (in compliance with UAE AML/KYC regulations).

Partial Cancellations

  • If an order contains multiple products, customers may request cancellation of specific items (if not shipped).
  • Refunds will apply only to the cancelled items, subject to the above refund terms.

Non-Cancellable Products

Certain categories are non-cancellable once an order is placed, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
  • Limited-time promotional offers, flash sales, or clearance stock.

Cancellation by FunkySouq

FunkySouq reserves the right to cancel any order, fully or partially, under circumstances such as:

  • Pricing errors or incorrect product listings.
  • Technical issues with the platform.
  • Non-compliance with FunkySouq policies.
  • Any force majeure event beyond control.

Customers will be notified promptly, and any amount already paid will be refunded in full (except for non-refundable bank/transaction charges).
